Advertising and conversion measurement

To measure how our advertising on Facebook and Instagram performs, we share limited information about your order with Meta Platforms (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). What we share: your name, email, and phone number (each hashed with SHA-256 before transmission, so Meta receives a one-way fingerprint rather than the raw values), your IP address and browser type, Facebook click identifiers if you arrived from a Meta ad, and details of the products you purchased and the order value.

We rely on this sharing under the legal basis of legitimate interest in measuring our marketing effectiveness, and we do not use it for any other purpose. You can opt out at any time by enabling Do-Not-Track in your browser, by using an ad blocker that blocks Facebook tracking, or by adjusting your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.

How we protect it

Your data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel involved in fulfilling your order. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) to protect data in transit.

Your rights
