Delivery charges

The charge for your address is shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

Delivery time

Orders are sent with Steadfast Courier to all 64 districts of Bangladesh and usually arrive within 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates; delays on the courier's side are outside our control.

Payment

You can pay by cash on delivery or by bKash. For some orders the delivery charge, or the full amount, has to be paid in advance by bKash. The checkout page shows exactly what is due before you place the order.

Returns and exchanges

If there is a problem with your order, contact us by phone or WhatsApp. We look at each request and decide whether a return or exchange is possible. Delivery charges are paid by the customer and are not refundable.

অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার আগে চেকআউট পাতায় আপনার ঠিকানার ডেলিভারি চার্জ দেখানো হয়।

ডেলিভারির সময়

Steadfast Courier-এর মাধ্যমে দেশের ৬৪ জেলায় ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়। সাধারণত ২–৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্য পৌঁছে যায়। এই সময় আনুমানিক; কুরিয়ারের কারণে দেরি হলে তা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে।

পেমেন্ট

ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি অথবা বিকাশ, দুইভাবেই পেমেন্ট করা যায়। কিছু অর্ডারে ডেলিভারি চার্জ বা পুরো টাকা আগে বিকাশে পরিশোধ করতে হয়। অর্ডার দেওয়ার আগে চেকআউট পাতায় ঠিক কত টাকা দিতে হবে তা দেখানো হয়।

রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ

অর্ডার নিয়ে কোনো সমস্যা হলে ফোন বা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। আমরা প্রতিটি অনুরোধ দেখে সিদ্ধান্ত নিই রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ সম্ভব কি না। ডেলিভারি চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে এবং তা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
